Natural Menopause Treatment
Hot flashes, sleep disruptions, sexual dysfunction, bladder malfunction, and issues such as depression, birth control and self esteem make up the ultra challenging time of menopause. Almost all women consider this to be the rite of passage after what the adage connotes as "life begins at forty".
